Cycle

For those of you wanting an intense work out but have limited time, Cycle classes provide a great way of making the most out of 30 minutes. Cycle classes are designed to simulate terrain and situations similar to riding a bike outdoors.
You will climb hills and sprint to motivational music whilst receiving encouraging coaching from your instructor. By varying the resistance on the bike you are able to work at your own level. The difficulty of pedalling can be altered to suit each rider.
