Our open plan "Life Fitness" gymnasium is well equipped to enable you to enjoy the ultimate workout. We also offer a wide variety of studio classes including Fat Attack, Aquafit, Pilates and Dance, and have recently launched increasingly popular spinning classes. Fancy bringing the little ones along with you? Then why not book them into our ‘funky munky's class on a Saturday morning whilst you enjoy a workout? Alternatively treat yourself to complete luxury in our tranquil pool area, perfect for taking time out to relax and unwind. And last but not least, finish off your FX experience with a scrumptious cappuccino or protein shake in our café area where daily newspapers and magazines are provided for your comfort. DVD's are also available to hire with our compliments and new releases are updated to our library regularly.
